TTGroup’s Customer Contact Centre and 24x7 Network Operations Centre provide a unique service that will give you peace of mind for your communications technologies. By using our helpdesk services, which include Single Point of Contact, Remote Diagnostics, Health Checks and Moves and Changes, we can help you maximise your investment and uptime.

Our helpdesk is available as standard to all customers. Manned by experienced staff, the helpdesk will either talk you through the issue or dial in remotely to carry out your requests. In the event that the problem cannot be resolved remotely, we will arrange for a field engineer to resolve the issue onsite. The helpdesk is available for faults as well as user guidance on moves, adds and changes, and information on systems features and programming assistance.

The team is able to carry out remote diagnostics, which is a vital element of our specialist post sales service as we are able to evaluate a situation and provide detailed reports to both customers and field engineers.

Training

If we have deployed a new system, you have new users or if you just want a refresher, we have a number of training courses available to help. We want you to make the most of your ICT investment. Training can either be for groups or for the individual.

Internal Marketing Communications

In case you have a large number of phone users and you would like to make a detailed change management announcement regarding the deployment of a new phone system, we’ll be happy to design and run (on your behalf) an internal marketing communications campaign. We can use email, flyers, brochures, posters, banners, audio video, webinars, online and offline activities to inform your staff about the system’s rollout, user benefits, capabilities, roadmap, training, cheat sheets and more. One of our largest customers, Port of Brisbane Corporation, found our internal marketing strategy extremely useful for their employees.

Network Readiness Testing

TTGroup’s VoIP Assessment service helps you determine whether your network infrastructure is ready to handle Voice over IP with Quality of Service. The TTGroup REALSIM VoIP Readiness Assessment Report provides:

  • An inventory of devices and links on your network
  • The utilisation of these devices and links
  • WAN link capacity based on the bandwidth required for VoIP calls
  • An evaluation of the quality of simulated VoIP calls
  • Network performance on jitter, latency, dropped packets etc.
